Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi,
until 2:00 P.M. (Local Prevailing Time) March 31, 2020, at which time and place they will be
publicly opened and read aloud.

A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the Re-Bid project for Callaway High School – Package 3 – Roof, HVAC and Gymnasium will be held at Callaway High School, 601 Beasley Road, Jackson, MS on March 06, 2020 at 1:30 P.M. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is non-mandatory but strongly suggested.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.

A $300.00 Non-refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid specs/documents and must be purchased through the website.
