Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the project named below by the Rankin County School District until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, 14 May 2019, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Electronic bids may be submitted through the website www.rcsdplans.com. Electronic bids are not required by the RCSD, but offered as another means to submit a bid. Single stipulated sum bids will be received for all work required by the contract documents in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Plans and specifications may be examined at the office of the Architect. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the office of the Architect as set out below:

a. Bid documents are being made available via original paper copy or digital CD. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.rcsdplans.com. Bid documents are non- refundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. b. Bid Documents will only be made available to plan holders as entire documents. Partial sets will not be issued.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at Rankin County School District, 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon, MS 39042 beginning at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 02 May 2019. All prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend.
